Mother's Day Pop-Up Shop at Bold Bean Coffee Roasters

It's been a week since the pop-up shop I hosted at the Riverside Bold Bean, and I've just now been able to decompress enough to post this. This was a strange Mother's Day for everyone, I think. But COVID-19 has taught us the importance of community, and Bold Bean, a Jacksonville company, created opportunities to support local florists in the community this year.

Honestly, just being given this outlet to get my flowers to you all made me so grateful. And to see that Bold Bean provided this opportunity to three different local florists in three of their locations made me proud to have a company like this in our city. Each florist that set up sold out, which just validates my belief that there is room for everyone in this industry! Thank you everyone who came out and made that day so great.

I was genuinely so nervous and sleep deprived before setting up, and having never done a pop up before, I had no idea what to expect. But I ended up loving meeting everyone and having some really sweet conversations with you guys. I made over 50 bouquets and sold them all. I’m lucky to have the most supportive friends and sister and boyfriend because this was not at all easy. That being said, I'm already planning the next one!
